Legalization of Documents

The State Department for Foreign Affairs in Kenya legalizes/authenticates documents in Nairobi. However, your applications are forwarded through the Kenya High Commission.

Requirements:

  1. Application Letter detailing the need for legalization, signed, and dated by the applicant. The application letter should clearly indicate in full – the telephone number, email address, residential address and/or postal address for any correspondences from the Mission. Note that it shall be your responsibility to immediately notify us in writing via; info@kenyaembassytelaviv.com of any changes to their residential / postal address to avoid inconveniences in delivery of services.
  2. Original and copy of each document to be legalized issued by a Government Authority.
  3. Copy of identity of the applicant.
  4. Please submit the above requirements to:

Note: Any document in a language other than English MUST be translated and certified as a true translation by the issuing authority or representative Embassy.
